Add more yogurt starter and try again. Make sure to follow the instructions found on the yogurt starter |
| Yogurt base does not have high enough protein |
Use dairy milk (cow, goat, etc.), soy milk, or milk from a bean with high protein content |
| Cover not attached properly |
Make sure cover is attached securely to the base |
| Machine doesn’t turn on |
